Try effective methods of working with stress and relax in one lesson!
Learning how to release tension and let your brain and body relax to allow room for the integration of your knowledge is central to effective learning. While relaxing, you will simultaneously unwind and refresh yourself for future work. Long-term relaxation can also help you with attention and anxiety reduction.
How will it work? In a small group we will try different types of relaxation, mindfulness or imagery. We will be sitting or lying on blankets, so comfortable clothing is recommended.
