The 21st International Conference on Polysaccharides and Glycoscience will be held from November 5–7, 2025, under the auspices of the Czech Chemical Society and in cooperation with the Institute of Carbohydrates and Cereals, University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague.
This year’s conference will focus on the isolation, structural characterization, and biological activities of polysaccharides, as well as their technological production and practical applications.
