14:00 - 15:30EDU-ANABELL: How to Be Kind to Your Body

How do we think about our bodies and how do we treat them? During the discussion, the presenter will introduce the various types of eating disorders, their possible causes, warning signs, and the risks they may pose. She will also focus on the influence of social pressure, beauty ideals, and social media on our relationship with our own bodies. This will be followed by an open discussion and a Q&A session for participants. The discussion is sponsored by EDU-ANABELL, an educational organization affiliated with the Anabell Center, which has long been helping people with eating disorders and their loved ones.

16:00 - 17:30Chasing Away the Devil: Working with Friends—A Dream Come True or a Nightmare?

Working with friends—a dream come true or a nightmare? You get along over coffee, share the same values and ambitions—it seems like the ideal combination for working together. After all, what could possibly go wrong? Zuzana Dalibor and Terézia Ferjančeková from the podcasts *Vyhonit ďábla* and *Přátelení* share tips from their own work experience. What are the benefits of being friends at work, and where do things tend to go wrong?

18:30 - 20:00When Words Aren't Enough – A Taste of Creative Therapies
We often view mental health through conversation—talking about what we’re experiencing, thinking, and saying, and trying to make sense of it all. But what if some things aren’t so easy to put into words, and we need to express them in a different way?

Creative arts therapies offer alternative ways to work with our feelings, emotions, experiences, and relationships. They work with the body, touch, play, drama, and, above all, with what’s happening right here and now.

Come to a workshop where you’ll learn about various ways to work with the creative process in therapy. You’ll get to try out some of these principles for yourself through drama therapy in a series of experiential activities.

There won’t be a creativity test or a competition for the best acting performance—no prior experience with therapy or artistic talent is required.
