The second official meeting of the BesTeas Tea Club is finally here! Come join us to taste teas from the high mountains of Nepal and India, conduct a sensory analysis, and share the joys and struggles of student and academic life!

What to bring? Something to pour tea into, a good mood, and we wouldn’t mind a small contribution to our fund to help keep the club running ❤ We look forward to seeing you!

Who can sign up?

1. The experiential workshop is suitable for all students and employees of the University of Chemistry and Technology who want to understand their emotions and how emotions affect us in our daily lives, relationships, studies, and work.
2. If you are interested in the workshop but are not sure whether it is suitable for you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will discuss everything and fine-tune it in person.

What can you expect?

1. A better understanding of your own emotions and those of others – you will learn basic information about emotions and how to work with them, and through various techniques you will learn to identify and better understand your own emotions and those of others, thereby improving your relationships with others and yourself.
2. Emotion regulation techniques – you will try out various techniques for managing and regulating…

Come play, sing, or just sit back and enjoy some guitar hits. Singers and players are provided by students, but other musicians are welcome.
