The CzechFoodChem 2025 symposium will take place on May 19, 2025, in Prague at Novotného lávka and will focus on new approaches in food production and evaluation, with the central theme “Traditional vs. Novel Foods.”
The event is intended for professionals in food science, agriculture, research, control, and education, and will include both oral presentations and poster sessions.
A traditional sensory meeting will also be held on May 18, 2025, at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
