Who should participate?

This webinar is designed primarily for doctoral students, but everyone who is interested in scholarly communication is welcome.

What topics will be covered?

Ethics and academic integrity are crucial for ensuring the trustworthiness, reliability, and reputation of the scientific endeavor. This webinar includes academic integrity concepts and tips such as avoiding plagiarism or predatory journals.

• What is scientific misconduct, and how does one avoid it?
• Publication ethics: what is important to keep in mind when publishing an article or designing a research project in order to avoid possible breaches of academic integrity?

You will prepare a presentation before the session.

Existing presentation skills will be assessed based on your delivery of the prepared presentation at the beginning of the session.

The coach will identify your strengths and opportunities to grow in the following areas:

• Structure
• Vocal delivery
• Body language
• Audience engagement
• Rhetorical techniques
• Visuals
• English language

Během workshopu se dozvíte o světě financí, základní ano a ne a jaké jsou typy finančních produktů. Probereme, jaká jsou s nimi spojena rizika, co je to likvidita a jaký má vliv na výnos. Také se podíváme na základy osobního rozpočtu a jak s financemi plánovat. Dozvíte se na co si dávat pozor – jak vzniká dluh, jeho život a jak se (ne)dostat do spárů exekutora.

Workshopy na sebe volně navazují. Účast na druhé části není podmíněna účastí na prvním WS.

Co se naučíte?

• Zjistíte, co vše je potřeba platit, na co si dávat pozor a jak předcházet vzniku dluhu.
• Projdeme si charakteristické rysy „typického“ dlužníka.
• Ukážeme si různé cesty…
