We warmly invite you to the 4th Annual Holešovice Chess Tournament, taking place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Jankovcova 23, Prague 7 – Holešovice. 

The tournament is a great opportunity for chess enthusiasts of all levels to come together. Test your skills, improve your strategy, meet new friends, and gain valuable experience.

Tournament Format

(Time control: X+Y, where X is the base time in minutes and Y is the increment per move)

• Beginner Group (9:30 – 12:00) | 5+3, 7 rounds
• Advanced Group (13:00 – 15:30) | 5+3, 7 rounds
• FIDE Tournament (Experts) (16:00 – 19:00) | 5+3, 8 rounds

The most successful players will be awarded trophies and special souvenirs with the university’s logo.

• Entry is free and open to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or affiliation with the university.
• Light refreshments will be available for participants.
