Signing an employment contract may seem like a formality after a difficult job search, but it should not be underestimated. This workshop is intended for students and recent graduates who are entering the workforce and want to understand their rights and obligations. Attorney Tereza Martincová will familiarize participants not only with the mandatory requirements of an employment contract, but also with a number of other important topics, including, for example, how to negotiate compensation, probationary periods, non-competition clauses, and termination of employment in light of the recent amendment to the Labor Code.
