This presentation skills training is intended for students who are preparing a presentation for a student research conference or for the defense of their thesis. It focuses on the key aspects of effectively presenting research: structure, presentation preparation, and effective data presentation. Participants will learn how to present effectively with or without a presentation, how to approach data visualization, and how to engage the committee. The goal of the course is to prepare students to deliver a confident, professional, and persuasive presentation.
