Would you like to get hands-on with computer components—without any fear of breaking them—and perhaps gain a better understanding of the basics of how a computer works? Join us during this time when the line between the living and the dead blurs; we’ll take apart some "dead" computers and use their components to resurrect functional, "living" machines. There won’t be many rituals—just a brief introductory presentation—but you will get to explore the "guts" of old computers. While we won’t be able to predict next year’s harvest or the likelihood of the bubble bursting, we might just build some usable PCs for the "Computers for Kids" initiative—a tradition of ours. Open to everyone: young and old, employees and students, children and adults alike.
