As every year, our Nobel Lecture is here! This year it will be held on November 11 in Building BII from 4:00 PM. Once again, you can look forward to short popular-science lectures regarding the topics for which this year's Nobel Prizes in Chemistry and Physics were awarded. As every year, we have invited leading experts in the respective fields to present these topics. Prof. Ing. Michal Kohout, Ph.D. (Faculty of Chemical Technology, UCT Prague) will lecture on the discovery of non-linear effects in asymmetric organic synthesis (Nobel Prize in Chemistry). Prof. Ing. Michal Malínský, Ph.D. (Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University) will speak about the creation of an observatory for cosmic neutrino detection. We are greatly looking forward to both excellent scientists and their lectures! We will certainly be there, will you?
