Come and relax on our open course of relaxation techniques, where we will try one selected relaxation technique (e.g. mindfulness, body scan, autogenic training or progressive muscle relaxation) in each session.
What are relaxations good for?
Regular and sustained relaxation provides many benefits for both mental and physical health. It can help you, for example:

- concentrate better and remember information better,
- improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue,
- improve your overall well-being and resilience.
How will it work?
Relaxation sessions are held at selected times throughout the summer term. So you can join in at your own time and preference, once or repeatedly. We will have seat cushions and blankets available, but you can bring your own yoga mat or meditation…
